In order to sell your services on Vettted, you need to verify your identity.



What is user verification?


Our payment processor, MangoPay, requires all users on Vettted to be verified.


'User verification' or 'Know Your Customer' (KYC), are obligations for payment processors like MangoPay, which have to collect and maintain information on all MangoPay account holders.


When you register as a professional on Vettted, in order for MangoPay to send you payments, they need to verify your identity.

Can I still sell services without the user verification complete?


Yes. You can still list and sell your services, however, you will only receive your funds after completing your user verification.



What format should I submit my documents in?


You can submit your documents in the following file formats: .pdf, .jpeg, .jpg & .png (minimum file size: 32KB; maxium file size: 10MB)
