Since we've been outcasted by Paypal, we've had the need to keep accepting global payments for all of our sellers. Therefore, we have decided to shift to a new payment processor, Trustshare.
Trustshare works in partnership with Stripe so they'll be handling all the payments (pay-ins and pay-outs) from now on.
In this transition period, there will be two payment processors on Vettted - Mangopay (our European processor) and Trustshare (the new global processor).
Mangopay has a withdrawal fee of $3.50, and Trustshare of $5.00. This means that in this transition, payouts might cost up to $8.50 ($5.00 + $3.50).
This is only a transition period, and once all the funds on Mangopay have been liquidated, we will exclusively adopt Trustshare, and payouts will be $5.00 only.
What do I need to do?
The only thing you will need to do is complete a user verification check.
Previously you submitted a document to verify your identity. You will need to do this again.
It's an extremely simple process and you'll receive an email whenever you need to do it.
